For the Grilled Chicken 🍗:


4 boneless chicken breasts


2 tbsp olive oil


2 cloves garlic, minced


Juice of 1 lemon


1 tsp dried oregano


Salt & pepper to taste


For the Creamy Lemon Sauce 🍋:


1 cup heavy cream


2 tbsp butter


1 garlic clove, minced


Juice of 1 lemon


1 tsp Dijon mustard


Salt & pepper to taste


Chopped parsley for garnish


For the Garlic Roasted Potatoes 🥔:


3 medium potatoes, cubed


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp paprika


1 tsp garlic powder


Salt & pepper to taste


For the Sides 🍚🥦:


2 cups cooked basmati rice


1 tbsp butter


Chopped parsley for garnish


1 small head broccoli, steamed


Lemon wedges for serving


👩‍🍳 Instructions


Marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, toss potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then roast at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 mins until golden. Grill chicken on medium heat until nicely charred and cooked through. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 mins until thickened. Plate the chicken with creamy sauce over rice, garlic potatoes, steamed broccoli, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
