Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad Bowl

 

Ingredients:

1 grilled chicken breast, shredded or sliced


1/2 avocado, sliced


1 cup chopped romaine lettuce


1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar


Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Optional: dried herbs (oregano or thyme)


Instructions:

Grill the Chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let it rest, then shred or slice.


Prepare the Base

In a bowl, place chopped romaine lettuce.


Add Toppings

Arrange shredded grilled chicken, sliced avocado, and cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.


Dress and Season

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs.


Serve Immediately

Enjoy as a light lunch or dinner
