Dinner just got easier (and tastier!) This one-pan wonder is perfect for a weeknight meal, and it’s gentle on the joints – no complicated chopping or multiple dishes!

Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch strips
1 head broccoli, cut into florets2 cloves garlic, minced1 lemon, zested and juiced2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon dried oreganoSalt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Sizzle the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak strips and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Broccoli Blitz: Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.Garlic & Lemon Magic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add lemon zest and juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.Combine & Serve: Return the steak to the skillet. Toss everything together to combine the flavors. Cook for another minute or two, just to heat the steak through.Enjoy! Serve immediately. This dish is delicious on its own or with a side of mashed potatoes or a simple salad.
