Avocado Tomato Salad with Herbs


 Ingredients:


2 ripe avocados, sliced


1 cup cherry tomatoes (red & yellow), halved


¼ red onion, thinly sliced


Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped


1 garlic clove, minced


Juice of 1 lemon or lime


2 tbsp olive oil


Salt & black pepper to taste


(Optional) Red pepper flakes for a kick


Instructions:


In a bowl, combine avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.


Add chopped herbs and minced garlic.


Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.


Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.


Gently toss and serve fresh.


Light, zesty, and packed with healthy fats!
